1. You authorize TSR Gym Technik Ltd. (“Trainerize”) to share your email address and the project information you have written in the box above with the third party service provider (the “Expert”) you have requested to be connected with.
2. You acknowledge and agree that the Expert is not an employee of, or otherwise affiliated with, Trainerize. Trainerize does not provide any representations or warranties to you with respect to any products or services offered or provided by the Expert (“Expert Services”). As between you and Trainerize, any purchase or use by you of Expert Services is entirely at your own risk and discretion. The relationship between you and the Expert is strictly between you and the Expert, and Trainerize is not obligated to intervene in any dispute arising between you and the Expert.
3. Under no circumstances will Trainerize be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, extraordinary, exemplary or any other damages that result from the Expert Services or your relationship with the Expert. These limitations shall apply even if Trainerize has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The foregoing limitations shall apply to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
