October brings a fresh wave of ABC Trainerize updates designed to help you start your day with more clarity, keep clients moving with less friction, and get better visibility into the business side of coaching.
From a new home base for your daily workflow to smarter workout building, built-in step goals, more flexible nutrition coaching, and new tools to support business growth, here’s what’s new.
Operational Efficiency
Meet the Coach Command Centre
Your Overview page is now built to help you quickly understand where your attention is needed.
The new Coach Command Centre, now live on ABC Trainerize web, brings client messages, at-risk clients, program status, nutrition compliance, recent activity, and more into one place, giving you a clearer starting point each time you log in.
Spend less time searching across the platform and more time taking action on what matters most.
See More Client Progress in Your Insights Dashboard
The Insights Dashboard now brings even more client information into one view across web and mobile.
Check-in form responses can be reviewed directly from the dashboard, while new Body Fat %, Fat Mass, and Lean Mass widgets, including weekly averages, make it easier to understand body composition trends over time.
Updated side-by-side Progress Photo Comparisons also give you a clearer way to review visual progress with clients.
Together, these updates mean less switching between screens and a more complete picture of client progress at a glance.
Coaching & Wellbeing
Turn Daily Steps Into an Active Goal
Now available across all plans, coaches can set a Daily Step Goals for individual clients, giving them a clear target alongside the step data they already track.
Clients can see their progress using synced wearable data or steps entered manually in the mobile app, helping turn passive activity tracking into a simple, coach-supported daily habit.

Give Clients More Ownership of Their Meal Plans
With Advanced Nutrition Coaching, clients can now create and edit their own meal plans directly from mobile with the Client Self-Serve Meal Planner.
This creates a more collaborative nutrition experience. Clients can build meals using the shared meal library while coaches retain control over whether editing is enabled for each client. Calorie and macro goals remain read-only for clients.
Give clients more ownership while keeping nutrition guidance structured, practical, and aligned with their goals.
Client Engagement & Communication
Keep Workouts Moving, Even When Clients Navigate Away
On mobile, clients no longer have to end or abandon an active workout when they need to move elsewhere in the app with the new Workout in Progress function.
When they leave the workout tracker, their active workout minimizes into a floating pill so they can check nutrition, log a habit, reply to a message, or update a setting, then jump straight back in without losing their progress.
It’s a small change that creates a smoother day-to-day workout experience.
More Ways to Keep Clients Engaged in Challenges
Challenges now include three additional ways for clients to earn points: reaching a daily step goal, reaching a daily water goal, and successfully referring a friend.
Points are awarded automatically when qualifying actions are completed, and coaches can combine different scoring rules within the same challenge. The Client Referral points option is available to ABC Trainerize accounts.
That gives you more ways to build challenges around the habits and actions you want clients to repeat.
Give Clients One Preferred Source for Their Health Data
Available to everyone on mobile, clients who connect multiple wearables or health apps can now choose a Preferred Data Source for each data type.
ABC Trainerize will use that source when displaying synced data, helping reduce conflicting numbers and giving clients a clearer, more consistent view of their activity.
Clients can manage their preferred source from the Connections screen or supported Graph screens.
Business Growth & Revenue
Get More Time Back With FitMetrics
Available now as an add-on for purchase, FitMetrics is designed to reduce repetitive coaching and administrative work.
AI Check-Ins can draft responses using client data for you to review, AI Meal Analysis can turn a meal photo into a macro breakdown, and AI Forms can support onboarding, intake, and recurring check-ins.
Compliance Tracker and Smart Views bring that information together, making it easier to understand client status without opening profiles one by one.
FitMetrics is built to help coaches spend less time on repetitive tasks and create more capacity to support their clients.
Find Your Business Add-On Tools in One Place
Available as part of the Business Add-On, the new Business Add-On Umbrella Page brings tools like Stripe, Trial Products, Prospect Booking, Client Referrals, Announcements, Video Coaching, and the Business Dashboard into one centralized hub.
See what’s already set up, what’s active, and what may need attention, then jump directly into the right area to make updates.
It’s a simpler way to manage the tools that support your business without searching across different areas of the platform.
