Whenever a prospect signs up through a Prospect Booking link, ABC Trainerize captures who referred them. Each client’s profile now displays two new fields: 

• A new Referral Source column in Prospect grid, showing how each prospect joined your business. 
• Referred By: Shows who invited the client. 
• Number of Referrals: Displays how many people that client has referred. 

 

This feature gives you the data you need to focus your resources where it drives the most impact. By having visibility over where your referrals come from, you’re equipped to set up your own reward system or incentivize your clients to encourage more referrals. Plus, because it’s fully built-in, you can manage referrals without switching tools or updating spreadsheets. 

 TZ Tip! Try running a “Top Referrer of the Month” challenge and offering top referrers a prize like their next month free, or a discounted membership fee.  

Boost revenue opportunities with built-in Announcements 

With Announcements, you can now promote and communicate directly with all your clients inside ABC Trainerize. 

This new tool lets you create custom in-app banners and push notifications to reach clients in real time or at a pre-scheduled time. Whether you’re advertising a seasonal offer, launching a new challenge, or announcing a schedule change, Announcements help you reach the right clients at the right time. 

 

How to customize and use Promo banners: 

• Add a header, body text, visuals, and a clear call to action (CTA). 
• Schedule banners ahead of time and segment them by location to make your message more relevant and targeted. 
• Set start and end dates so that banners and notifications appear and expire automatically. 
• Use Promo banners to highlight promotions like membership discounts, seasonal offers, campaigns, etc. 

TZ Tip! Launch a banner for your next “Fall Fitness Challenge” and link it directly to your storefront to turn awareness into instant sign-ups. 

How to use Push notifications: 

• Add a title, a message body, and set a time you want your clients to receive their notifications 
• Include redirect URLs in push notifications that send clients directly to your storefront, challenge page, or external site.
