Today, after careful consideration, we’ve made the decision as a company to cancel both our upcoming Trainerize Collective events in Atlanta (March 14, 2020) and in San Diego (March 17, 2020).
We will also be withdrawing from a number of upcoming trade shows and industry events, including ACSM and IHRSA.
As a company that prioritizes the health and wellbeing of our trainers, their clients, and the global community at large, we’ve decided that, amid the rising concerns about COVID-19, the right decision is to practice caution and cancel our event plans for the time being.
We understand how disappointing this news is and wish that we could continue with our plans. We were very much looking forward to meeting all of you and joining our industry peers to share knowledge and build connections.
As a token of our appreciation for signing up to join us, we will be providing you with front-of-the-line access to the next event we run in the [Atlanta/San Diego] area. You’ll be the first to know when we’re headed to your neighborhood.
