Create Custom Check-In Forms
You can now create custom check-in forms directly inside ABC Trainerize under Master Libraries > Check-In Forms. Each form supports up to 10 questions, including single answer, multiple answer, text, and rating (1–10). That way you can customize the check-in form to ask a variety of questions that will allow you to understand your clients’ coaching progress, and use those insights to personalize their coaching program.
Example: Add a sleep rating and nutrition adherence question to help personalize a client’s program and guide holistic progress.
Schedule Forms on the Calendar
You can now schedule check-in forms directly in a client’s calendar or as part of a Master Program calendar. This allows you to build check-ins into your workflows and ensure a regular cadence of communication. By automating check-ins, you can keep clients engaged and accountable without adding manual admin work.
Tz Tip: Schedule a weekly check-in for clients starting a new training block to keep them consistent and motivated.
Clients Complete Check-Ins in the App
Clients will now receive and complete check-in forms directly in their ABC Trainerize app on their scheduled date. This provides them with an easy way to share progress updates, challenges, and wellness insights, keeping them engaged and giving you valuable data to guide their journey.
Example: Clients can report stress or energy levels during a busy week, giving you a chance to adjust their recovery plan proactively.
Review Submissions with Ease
You can now review client submissions from the client’s calendar, the new Check-In tab on your client’s profile, and on the Recent Activities dashboard. Plus, you can view past-check-ins easily within clients’ profiles. These views make it simple to monitor trends, celebrate wins, and spot issues early, so you can take the next step to send them a voice message on a great week or tailor their program for success.

How to Get Started
Check-In Forms are available now inside ABC Trainerize for all Studio, Pro, and Grow plans. Custom Branded App customers should start seeing the update rolled out to your client-facing mobile experience in the next 2–3 weeks.
To get started today:
- Log in to your ABC Trainerize dashboard, go to Master Libraries > Check-In Forms, and build your first form.
- Schedule it for a master program or an individual client so that check-ins become a regular touchpoint.
- Use the new Check-In tab and Recent Activities dashboard to review responses and make small program adjustments
