To speed things up, you can filter meals by type (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks), calorie range, dietary needs, prep time or recipe source—so you can quickly find what fits without digging through your full library.

This helps you deliver personalized nutrition without rebuilding every time. You can also rename meal plans, making it easier to stay organized across different clients, phases, and goals. You can also save plans as drafts while you’re working, so you can come back, refine, and publish when you’re ready.
