As I state in my blogs quite often, the key to running and continuing to grow a successful training business (online or “in person”) is providing your clients with services that the competition is not offering. As you know, the ease of creating programs on Trainerize is amazing. Tell all your client’s to mark down in their Trainerize calendar when they have completed their independent workouts so that you are able to confirm if they are actually doing them.  I occasionally tell my clients to text or Tweet me a picture as proof they completed their independent workouts; however, with the website they can (just the same as your online clients) just mark the workout as complete once they finish.  This will provide a little more motivation for client’s to complete their independent workouts because they know you are watching, it will give them more of a feeling of accomplishment, and will produce increased client results!  As I have stated before: more results = more business for you!

One last thing, clients have the option to share their completed workouts on their social media just the same as your online clients, however, having your local clients do this will help grow your name in the local community!
